Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Atlanta and Metro Atlanta.

Price was middle of the road for Atlanta. Not the cheapest not the most expensive. But the quality was definitely on the higher end. Id rather pay a bit more for peace of mind.
