Maru Korean Bistro offers a modern take on traditional Korean comfort food in a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Signature dishes include Bibimbap, a vibrant rice bowl topped with assorted vegetables, a fried egg, and your choice of protein, served with spicy gochujang sauce; Kimchi Jjigae, a hearty kimchi stew simmered with tofu and pork; and Galbi, tender marinated short ribs grilled to perfection. The bistro's cozy setting makes it ideal for both casual meals and special occasions.
