Hired MassPlumbers for a small project and was impressed enough to hire them back for a larger one. They treat small jobs with the same professionalism as big ones. That says a lot about a company.

This was our second project with them and they nailed it again. Consistent quality, no games with pricing, and they clean up after themselves. That third point alone puts them above most.

I manage three properties and they handle maintenance for all of them. The consistency across different job types and different locations tells me their systems and training are solid.

The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done. No pressure to add unnecessary services. Clean work and they stood behind their warranty.

Third project with them now. Every single time they show up on schedule, do exactly what they said they would do, and charge exactly what they quoted. In this industry that is like finding a unicorn.

Garbage disposal was jammed and I couldnt fix it myself (tried youtube first lol). MassPlumbers had it working in 20 min. Simple fix apparently but worth the service call fee.

Did an okay job overall. Not bad but not exceptional either. The end result was acceptable but I have seen better attention to detail from other companies. Would consider using again if the price is right.

From the initial estimate to the finished product, everything was handled professionally. They showed up when promised, did clean work, and the price matched the quote exactly.
