Mignonette does oysters and raw bar at the highest level. The oyster selection rotates daily — usually 8-12 varieties from both coasts. A dozen East Coast oysters plus a lobster roll is $55. The cocktails pair perfectly. Design District location, intimate space. Miami's best raw bar.
