Mind & Soul combines massage, acupuncture, and meditation in a calming South Beach space. The acupuncture and massage combo is $185 for 90 minutes. They addressed my chronic insomnia with auricular acupuncture and it actually worked. Integrative wellness at its best. Book through their app.
