Mindy Nails Bar does clean dip powder sets fast — in and out in 45 minutes. $45 for a full dip set. They handle walk-ins efficiently. The salon is bright and clean. 4 stars because the nail art options are limited — best for solid colors and French tips. But the basic work is solid.
