Weird burning smell coming from the vents when heat kicked on. Turned out to be dust buildup on the heat strips from the AC season. They cleaned it all out. Easy fix but scary smell.

Ductwork in the attic was basically falling apart - original from when the house was built. They replaced all of it. Big job, 2 days, but the airflow is so much better now. Some rooms used to barely get air.
