MoveStudio provides professional yoga studio services in Dallas, TX. Provides yoga, mat Pilates, dance fitness, and strength training classes designed to support women through every stage of life. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Dallas and surrounding Texas communities.

MoveStudio does heated vinyasa and meditation in Knox-Henderson. $22 drop-in, $165/month unlimited. The teachers are experienced and create genuine connection in class. Saturday morning heated flow followed by brunch at one of the Knox restaurants is my weekly ritual. Beautiful studio space.
