The team has grown since I first started coming here but the quality has not diluted at all. Good management and good culture clearly. It shows in the work.

The customer service here sets them apart from everyone else in the area. They remember you, they care about the details, and they go out of their way to make it right.

At this point I have lost count of how many times I have been here. That alone should tell you how good they are. Consistency over time is the true test and they pass it every time.

NY City Automotive does hand wash and detail in their Sunset Park shop. Full interior/exterior for $180. They handle the Brooklyn grime — city soot, pigeon residue, tree sap. 4 stars because the wait can be 2+ hours on Saturdays. Drop off and walk around the neighborhood while they work.

My go-to recommendation whenever anyone asks. I have never heard a negative word from anyone I have sent here. They just do good work for fair prices consistently.
