Osi Body Fit does 1-on-1 and small group training. $65/session for 1-on-1. The trainer built a program around my crazy Uber schedule — morning sessions that take 45 minutes and hit everything. Lost 20 pounds without changing my diet much. The programming is smart and efficient.
