Parker's Bistro is a chef-driven fine dining restaurant in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls' historic district, housed in one of the city's last original Sioux quartzite buildings. Led by Executive Chef Carter Newcomb-Weiland, the seasonal menu highlights local flavors and refined takes on classic French, Italian, and American cuisine. Guests enjoy Wagyu beef, flown-in seafood, and house-made desserts like the lemon tart. Since 2009, Parker's has earned multiple Wine Spectator Awards and numerous 'Best of Sioux Falls' honors.

We have been coming here for months and every visit is better than the last. The food is always fresh and the portions are generous. Staff is warm and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough!
