Peak Fitness is a locally owned business, founded in 1996, which began operations in 1998 and now has two locations in the Rockford area. Both Peak locations are conveniently located, open 24 hours a day, offer full service gym and fitness facilities, free weight and circuit training equipment and instruction, a vast array of aerobic and cardio equipment, basketball courts, personal trainers and a whole lot more. Day care is provided at both locations. Group fitness classes are included free with membership.
