The pad see ew at Ploy Thai Cuisine is perfectly charred with wok hei and the portions are generous. Best Thai in The Woodlands and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Ploy Thai Cuisine makes the best green curry in The Woodlands. Coconut milk broth with just the right heat, fresh vegetables, and the rice soaks up every bit of sauce. Absolutely fantastic.

The tom yum soup at Ploy Thai Cuisine is deeply flavorful and the spice level is adjustable. The spring rolls are perfectly crispy and the peanut sauce is housemade. Great date night spot.

Family Thai dinner at Ploy Thai Cuisine every Friday night. The kids love the pad thai and the adults love the drunken noodles. Consistent quality and the staff treats us like regulars.

Ordered the mango sticky rice at Ploy Thai Cuisine and it was the best dessert I have had in a long time. The rest of the meal matched up to that standard. Excellent Thai food in The Woodlands.

Good Thai food at Ploy Thai Cuisine. The massaman curry is rich and hearty. A bit of a wait on weekends but worth it. The iced Thai tea is the perfect finish to the meal.

Ploy Thai Cuisine is a find in The Woodlands. The owners are from Chiang Mai and the Northern Thai dishes on the menu are not found anywhere else locally. The khao soi is extraordinary.
