Went for happy hour at Rainbow Sushi Japanese Restaurant and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Rainbow Sushi Japanese Restaurant. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Jacksonville for Japanese food. Rainbow Sushi Japanese Restaurant does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Jacksonville at Rainbow Sushi Japanese Restaurant. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Rainbow Sushi Japanese Restaurant is the best in Jacksonville. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.
