RAW* is an edgy seafood restaurant in downtown Hartford, offering a fresh take on the traditional seafood and raw bar concept. The menu features shareable plates like lobster Cobb salad, lobster rangoons, coconut sake mussels, steamed chorizo clams, tuna or beef tartare, grilled whole prawns, and fried calamari with spicy aioli and sour orange vinaigrette. Main entrees include lobster mac and cheese served stuffed into a whole lobster, lobster fra diavolo, fish and chips, crab fried rice (served with a whole crab), and petite filet mignon with the option to add seafood for a surf and turf presentation. The bar serves craft cocktails in themed glassware, such as the Mermaid Tail and the Shuck It Dirty. The interior boasts graffiti art, aqua-colored neon lights, and industrial design elements, creating a vibrant and modern atmosphere. RAW* is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
