The Peking duck at Rising Sun requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in New Lenox.

My family has been going to Rising Sun for years. The mapo tofu and dan dan noodles are authentic Sichuan. Spice levels are adjustable and the staff is always friendly.

Great Chinese food at a fair price in New Lenox. Rising Sun has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Rising Sun does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in New Lenox. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.
