Third project with them now. Every single time they show up on schedule, do exactly what they said they would do, and charge exactly what they quoted. In this industry that is like finding a unicorn.

Their online quote matched the final invoice almost exactly. No hidden fees, no surprise line items. Just honest work at an honest price. The job itself was clean and professional.

We were referred by a neighbor and can confirm the quality. Experienced crew, fair pricing, and they actually answer their phone when you call. That alone is worth something.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It is customers like you who make what we do so rewarding.

Rose City Plumbing found and fixed a slow leak under our 1920s Hawthorne bungalow. Portland rain + old foundations = constant water problems. They installed a French drain and rerouted a downspout. $2,800. The basement has been dry for 5 months now.
