Freshest sushi I have had in Fort Wayne at Sakura Japanese. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Sakura Japanese is the best in Fort Wayne. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.

Went for happy hour at Sakura Japanese and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at Sakura Japanese. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Fort Wayne for Japanese food. Sakura Japanese does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.
