Salt & Souls does salt cave therapy and sound bath meditations. $45 for a 45-minute salt cave session. The halotherapy helped my seasonal allergies and the atmosphere is deeply calming. They also do red light therapy. A unique wellness experience in Charlotte. Reservation required.
