Sanctuary Vineyards offers free local wine tastings year-round at their vineyard and tasting room located at the Cotton Gin. Their vineyards come alive in the spring, producing foliage, flowers, and fruit as the season progresses. At the peak of ripeness, they hand-pick their grapes. Depending on the type of grape and style of wine, they may ferment the wine slowly on the skins or quickly extract the juice for a fresh and fruity style.
