Furnace died at 11pm on a Saturday night in January. Seattle Furnace & Heating answered the phone and had a tech at our Seattle house within 90 minutes. Replaced the ignitor and we had heat again before midnight. Lifesavers.

Our 15 year old furnace was cycling on and off constantly. Seattle Furnace & Heating diagnosed a bad flame sensor and fixed it in 20 minutes. Under $200 total. Other company wanted to sell us a whole new furnace for $6,000. Trust these guys.
