The Peking duck at Skillman Wok - Garland requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in Garland.

My family has been going to Skillman Wok - Garland for years. The mapo tofu and dan dan noodles are authentic Sichuan. Spice levels are adjustable and the staff is always friendly.

Great Chinese food at a fair price in Garland. Skillman Wok - Garland has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Skillman Wok - Garland does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in Garland. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.
