We provide free drone-assisted roof inspections so you can see the condition of your roof from the ground without anyone climbing up. Serving New York and the surrounding metro area. Licensed and insured New York contractor. We work within NYC DOB requirements, co-op board regulations, and landmark preservation guidelines as applicable.

Skyward fixed a leak on our Brooklyn brownstone flat roof. Torch-down modified bitumen — the standard for NYC flat roofs. $2,800 for the repair plus they coated the whole roof. Work held up through 3 nor'easters. Only 4 stars because scheduling took 2 weeks.
