Went for happy hour at SooWoo and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Solid Japanese food at SooWoo. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Miami Beach for Japanese food. SooWoo does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

The ramen at SooWoo is the best in Miami Beach. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.
