It features an enormous variety of strength and cardio equipment available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, along with 50-minute strength and conditioning classes led by three experienced trainers at a fraction of the price of private training. The gym is low-traffic with plenty of equipment for everyone, including fifteen power racks. They offer personalized training classes and have received positive reviews from members.
