Our 15 year old AC finally gave up. Got 3 quotes and The Crew was in the middle price-wise but seemed the most knowledgeable. New system runs quiet and our electric bill dropped $40/month.

Pricing was a bit higher than the other quotes I got. The quality was good so maybe it was worth it but I would have appreciated a more detailed breakdown of costs upfront instead of finding out at the end.
