The Neapolitan pizza at The Independent Pizzeria is cooked in a wood-fired oven at 900 degrees and comes out perfectly charred and chewy. Best pizza in Indianapolis without question.

The Independent Pizzeria has mastered the Detroit-style pizza. Crispy caramelized cheese edges, thick focaccia crust, and generous toppings. Completely different from regular pizza and absolutely delicious.
