About The Local Co-Op
The Local Co-Op is a community and healing arts center offering a variety of groups designed for healing and connection, including Relatefulness, Grief Tending, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. They also host Mosaic Yoga, a donation-based studio providing classes in Power, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Nidra, Forrest, and Kundalini yoga, taught by a collective of teachers.
