Third visit to The Spa at Serene — this time for the couples package. Hot stone massage plus facial for two, $580. The hydrotherapy circuit beforehand is included. Zero Strip noise, zero tourists. This is where Vegas locals go for genuine relaxation. My favorite spa in the entire city. Book ahead.

The Spa at Serene is a hidden gem away from the Strip craziness. Couples massage for $320, includes access to the hydrotherapy circuit. The salt room is amazing for recovery after a long week. No casino noise, no crowds. This is where locals go for real relaxation.
