Third visit to The Spa at Serene — this time for the couples package. Hot stone massage plus facial for two, $580. The hydrotherapy circuit beforehand is included. Zero Strip noise, zero tourists. This is where Vegas locals go for genuine relaxation. My favorite spa in the entire city. Book ahead.
