They offer year-round hands-on community cooking classes led by their staff, guest chefs, and home cooks. These classes are designed to build confidence and creativity in the kitchen, providing multi-generational, multi-lingual, community-based culinary, business, nutrition, and health education. The classes cater to all ages and skill levels, aiming to foster a love for cooking and healthy eating within the community. Additionally, they provide a Food Business Training Program, offering 90 hours of hands-on education and wrap-around services to aspiring food entrepreneurs, supporting them in creating viable products and businesses.
