My family has been going to Tommy's Wok for years. The mapo tofu and dan dan noodles are authentic Sichuan. Spice levels are adjustable and the staff is always friendly.

Great Chinese food at a fair price in Carmel. Tommy's Wok has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Tommy's Wok does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in Carmel. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.

Authentic dim sum at Tommy's Wok on weekends is not to be missed. The har gow and siu mai are made fresh every morning. Best Chinese brunch in Carmel.

The Peking duck at Tommy's Wok requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in Carmel.
