Universal Heating installed a heat pump system in our Pasadena home. $7,200 for a 3-ton heat pump replacing gas furnace and AC. LA is pushing all-electric and the heat pump handles both heating and cooling. Our gas bill went to zero. SoCalGas rebate plus federal tax credit covered $3,000.
