Went for happy hour at Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi and the half-price rolls were exceptional. The spicy tuna crunch roll is a must. Great sake selection and knowledgeable staff.

Special occasion dinner at Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi was perfect. The wagyu nigiri melted in my mouth and the Japanese whisky selection is impressive. Worth every dollar for a special night.

Solid Japanese food at Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi. The bento lunch special is great value and the miso soup is excellent. Sushi rolls are fresh and generously portioned.

Best kept secret in Lakeside for Japanese food. Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi does not cut corners on ingredients and the attention to detail shows in every dish. Try the chirashi bowl.

Freshest sushi I have had in Lakeside at Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi. The omakase was an incredible value. Chef clearly sources quality fish and the presentation was beautiful.

The ramen at Uoko Japanese Cuisine and Sushi is the best in Lakeside. Rich tonkotsu broth that has been simmering all day, perfect soft-boiled egg, and tender chashu pork. Worth every penny.
