Urban Sanctuary provides professional yoga studio services in Denver, CO. Denver's only Black- and woman-owned yoga studio, offering over 40 weekly classes from early morning to late evening, including free yoga sessions for communities of color. Our studio offers classes for all levels including Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Hot yoga, Ashtanga, Prenatal, and meditation. Classes are led by certified instructors who provide modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. First class is free for new students. Monthly unlimited memberships, class packs, and drop-in rates available. Private sessions and corporate wellness programs offered. Our heated studio maintains optimal temperature and humidity for each class style. Proudly serving Denver and the Front Range.
