Established by two Sacramento residents in 2005, Urban Fitness has been a popular gym for locals and visitors alike. The equipment at the gym is high quality, and the expert trainers complement the theme. The cardio equipment lines the open windows to J Street, the multi-use weight machines are both functional and clean, while the free weights and mat area are lined in meticulous fashion with adjacent mirrors.
