Utopia Nails does clean dip powder and gel sets. $55 for a full dip set. Sanitary practices — new files for each client. The pedicure chairs are comfortable. 4 stars because it gets busy and wait times can hit 30 minutes even with appointments. But the nails last 3+ weeks.
