Thermostat upgrade to a smart one. They installed it and set everything up including the app on my phone. Took about an hour. Simple job but nice not to deal with wiring myself.

Weird burning smell coming from the vents when heat kicked on. Turned out to be dust buildup on the heat strips from the AC season. They cleaned it all out. Easy fix but scary smell.
