Vineria Sonora is a vibrant wine bar and cultural hub in Florence's Sant'Ambrogio district, managed by owners Andrea and Laura. The venue offers a dynamic selection of organic, biodynamic, and artisanal wines from 81 independent winemakers, including Pét-Nat, sparkling, white, orange, rosé, and red wines, as well as unique varieties made from dried grapes. The space features retro-style chairs and walls adorned with vinyl records, creating a unique ambiance. Guests can enjoy platters of organic meats, cheeses, and vegetarian options, with a kitchen open all day. The venue also hosts various tastings with wine producers and musical evenings with DJs or small acoustic concerts. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 5 PM to 1 AM.
