Whimsical Nails does creative nail art — hand-painted designs, chrome finishes, gem work. $75 for a gel set with art. The artists are genuinely creative and take design requests seriously. 4 stars because appointments run 90+ minutes for elaborate sets. But the artistry is worth the time.
