A female-owned tattoo and art gallery, Witching Hour Tattoo provides fine art tattooing in a warm, inclusive space where art and expert tattooing meet. ([witchinghour.tattoo]()) Our tattoo artists specialize in custom designs, realism, traditional American, Japanese, geometric, watercolor, blackwork, fine line, and cover-up tattoos. Every design is custom drawn for each client — we do not use flash art unless specifically requested. We maintain strict sanitation protocols exceeding health department requirements with single-use needles, hospital-grade sterilization, and medical-grade aftercare supplies. Walk-in consultations welcome for pricing and design discussion. Serving Portland and the Portland metro. Eco-conscious practices and a relaxed Northwest atmosphere.

Did an okay job overall. Not bad but not exceptional either. The end result was acceptable but I have seen better attention to detail from other companies. Would consider using again if the price is right.
