ZOA in Montrose does modern Mediterranean with Houston flair. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked. $30-48 for entrees. Beautiful space with a great bar program. 4 stars because service was slow on a Saturday — but the food quality made up for it. Book ahead on weekends.
