Akadi in NE Portland does Ivorian cuisine — attieké, alloco, braised chicken with Maggi. $14-20 plates. The flavors are authentic and bold. 4 stars because it's a small counter-service spot so seating is limited. But the food is a unique cultural experience in PDX.
