Bistro 57 does American comfort food with a twist. The smoked brisket mac and cheese is $16 and massive. Good beer selection, friendly service. 4 stars because the menu is small and rotates slowly. But what they do, they do well. NLV near Aliante, easy parking.

Ordered delivery and it arrived hot and correct. Sounds basic but you know how many places mess that up. Food was just as good as dining in. Will order again.
