Went back to FARM for Saturday brunch. The short rib benedict is $18 and incredible. The bloody mary bar is DIY — build your own for $12. The brunch crowd is more relaxed than dinner service. 4 stars because brunch wait was 45 minutes without reservation. But the food quality justifies it.

FARM in North Las Vegas serves incredible farm-to-table food. The short rib is fall-off-the-bone tender. $22-38 for entrees. The space is beautiful — exposed brick, warm lighting. Not what you expect in NLV but that's what makes it special. Reservations recommended on weekends.
