Carbone Riviera at the Venetian does Italian-American fine dining at the highest level. The spicy rigatoni vodka is $32 and legendary. The veal parmesan is the size of a pizza. Red sauce Italian elevated to art. $100/person with wine. Reservations essential, dress code enforced. Worth every dollar.
