Mesa Grill does upscale Mexican with a Vegas twist. The birria tacos are $16 and packed with slow-braised beef. Their margarita flight lets you try 4 flavors for $22. Great patio dining when the weather is nice. Way better food than most Strip restaurants at a fraction of the price.
