Craft Omakase on East 6th does a $125 omakase with fish flown in from Tokyo's Tsukiji market. 15 pieces of nigiri plus appetizers. The chef explains each piece and the sourcing. Intimate 8-seat bar. The quality rivals omakase experiences 3x the price in NYC or LA. Book 3 weeks ahead.
