The breakfast burrito at Crumble & Flake Café Pâtisserie is massive and loaded with scrambled eggs, chorizo, peppers, and cheese. The green chile sauce on top is incredible. Best breakfast value in Issaquah.

Good breakfast spot in Issaquah. Crumble & Flake Café Pâtisserie has solid omelets and the home fries are crispy. Coffee is always fresh and the staff is friendly even during the busy morning rush.

Crumble & Flake Café Pâtisserie does pancakes better than anyone in Issaquah. Thick, fluffy, and the berry compote is housemade. The coffee is locally roasted and the service is warm and cheerful.
