My family has been going to Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine for years. The mapo tofu and dan dan noodles are authentic Sichuan. Spice levels are adjustable and the staff is always friendly.

Great Chinese food at a fair price in Issaquah. Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine has a huge menu and everything we have tried has been excellent. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly balanced.

Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine does Cantonese cuisine better than anywhere in Issaquah. The steamed fish with ginger and scallion is delicate and perfect. Do not skip the egg tarts for dessert.

Authentic dim sum at Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine on weekends is not to be missed. The har gow and siu mai are made fresh every morning. Best Chinese brunch in Issaquah.

The Peking duck at Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine requires 24-hour notice but is absolutely worth it. Crispy skin, tender meat, and all the traditional accompaniments. A real culinary experience in Issaquah.
