Icelandic Fitness does contrast therapy — hot sauna, cold plunge, and strength training. $200/month for unlimited access. The protocol improves recovery and mental clarity. I go 4x/week before work. The cold plunge is 39°F and it changed my life. Denver's altitude makes recovery even more important.
